Chill out tooth pain: cold therapy tested after root canal alternative

Summary
This study looks at whether applying cold therapy (cryotherapy) after a partial root canal (pulpotomy) can lower pain and improve quality of life. About 82 adults with deep cavities and severe tooth pain will be treated. Half will get standard care plus cold therapy, the other half standard care alone. Pain and quality of life will be measured before and after treatment.
