Can a common supplement help cancer survivors bounce back faster?

Summary

This study is testing whether taking creatine supplements along with exercise helps breast cancer survivors recover strength and endurance more quickly after chemotherapy. Researchers will compare 60 breast cancer survivors doing exercise with or without creatine to healthy women of similar age. The goal is to see if creatine helps survivors regain physical function faster and improve their body composition.
