Summary
This study looks at whether drinking a cranberry beverage can help overweight or obese adults improve their blood sugar, insulin levels, and cholesterol. Over 12 weeks, 73 participants will drink either cranberry or a placebo, then switch after a break. Researchers will also check gut bacteria and liver fat to see how cranberries might work.
