This study looked at the best way to test for COVID-19 in K-12 schools serving underserved communities in St. Louis. Researchers compared two strategies: testing only people with symptoms versus weekly testing of everyone plus symptom testing. Over 1,300 students and staff took part to see which approach reduced COVID-19 cases more effectively.
