NCT ID NCT05822895

First seen May 06, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 3 times

Summary

This study looks at whether an artificial intelligence (AI) system called GI Genius can help doctors find more polyps during colonoscopy. Polyps are small growths in the colon that can sometimes turn into cancer. The study will include about 764 adults having a colonoscopy at Sengkang General Hospital in Singapore. Researchers will compare how many polyps doctors find with and without the AI tool, especially for doctors still in training.
