Summary
This study is testing whether a new, specialized clinic can help people with COPD who are also losing muscle mass. The clinic uses a team of different health professionals to diagnose and treat this muscle loss. Researchers will compare patients in this new clinic to those receiving standard care to see if it leads to fewer hospital visits and better muscle strength and function.
