Summary
This study tests a cooking and nutrition program for 80 adults in southern New Mexico. The goal is to see if teaching healthy cooking techniques can improve diet quality and knowledge about cancer prevention. Participants will attend 6 in-person classes and complete surveys. The study focuses on making healthy eating practical and culturally relevant for local communities.
