Summary
This study compares three common drugs—theophylline, sumatriptan, and gabapentin—to see which works best for treating post-dural puncture headache, a severe headache that can occur after a spinal tap or epidural. About 75 adults aged 21 to 50 with moderate to severe headache will be randomly assigned to one of the three drugs. The goal is to find the safest and most effective option to relieve pain and shorten hospital stays.
