First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 19 times
Summary
This study aimed to find out how many people with trigeminal neuralgia (a severe facial nerve pain condition) also have a painful jaw joint disorder called TMD. Researchers planned to follow patients from three clinics and use questionnaires to improve diagnosis. However, the study was withdrawn before enrolling anyone, so no results are available.
