Summary
This study tests a community program designed to help people with tobacco or other substance addictions. It focuses on adults (16+) in Ottawa and Toronto who have a low income or are at risk of homelessness. The program provides life-skills workshops, peer support, help finding housing or jobs, and free nicotine patches for a year, to see if this combined approach improves quality of life and helps people reduce or quit smoking.
