Summary
This study tests a community support program designed to help people with tobacco or substance addiction who also face poverty or housing insecurity. The program provides life-skills workshops, peer guidance, and nicotine replacement therapy to see if it improves quality of life and helps people quit smoking. It will involve 250 adults in Ottawa and Toronto over one year.
