Summary
This study tests a small implanted device that sends mild electrical pulses to nerves to relieve chronic pain in the low back, shoulder, knee, or foot. It compares the device plus standard medical care to standard care alone in 185 adults aged 18-80. The goal is to see if the device provides better pain relief and safety.
