Summary
This study looks at how different colors of light change things like brain oxygen, heart rate, and mood in healthy people. About 50 volunteers will be exposed to colored light for 15 to 45 minutes while their body responses are measured. The goal is simply to learn more, not to treat any disease. Risks are very low, similar to everyday life.
