First seen Jan 15, 2026 · Last updated May 16, 2026 · Updated 17 times

Summary

This study looks at how different colors of light change things like heart rate, brain oxygen levels, and mood in healthy people. Fifty adults will be exposed to colored light for 15 or 45 minutes while their body responses are measured. The goal is simply to learn more, not to treat or cure any disease. The risks are very low, similar to everyday life.
