First seen Jan 16, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looks at how different colors of light change things like heart rate, brain oxygen levels, and mood in healthy people. Fifty participants will be exposed to colored light for 15 or 45 minutes while their body responses are measured. The goal is simply to learn more, not to treat any disease. Risks are very low, similar to everyday life.
