Seeing red? study tests how colored light changes your heart and brain
NCT ID NCT02919163
First seen Jun 25, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study will expose 50 healthy adults to different colors of light for 15 minutes and measure changes in their heart rate, blood pressure, brain oxygen levels, and mood. The goal is to understand how colored light affects the body, not to treat any disease. Participants may also perform simple thinking tasks during light exposure.
