Summary
This study tested whether taking collagen supplements daily for 16 weeks can improve skin density, reduce wrinkles, and boost elasticity in healthy women aged 40 to 65. Participants took either a placebo or one of four collagen blends with added vitamin C and MSM. The main goal was to see if the supplements increased dermis density compared to placebo.
