Summary
This study tested a new way to remove large, non-cancerous uteruses using a special knife during keyhole surgery. The method cuts the uterus into a long strip so it can be pulled out through a small vaginal opening. The goal was to make the surgery faster and safer. The study involved 20 women and measured total operation time.
