NCT ID NCT06587737
Summary
This study is testing if a low daily dose of the anti-inflammatory drug colchicine can help people who have just had a brain bleed stroke. It aims to reduce their risk of future heart attacks, strokes, and long-term disability. The trial will compare the drug to a placebo in over 1,100 stroke survivors who also have signs of artery disease.
