This study looked at whether a psychological treatment can help people who get stuck in repetitive negative thinking, like worries, mental rituals, or depressive rumination. 65 adults with OCD, generalized anxiety, or major depression took part. The goal was to see if treatment could improve their ability to control unwanted thoughts and shift attention.
