Summary

This study tests whether adding a culturally tailored stress reduction program to standard cognitive stimulation therapy can improve memory and thinking in Pakistani adults aged 45+ with mild cognitive impairment. Twelve participants will receive the combined therapy for 7 weeks, and their cognitive function will be measured before and after. The goal is to see if managing stress can boost the benefits of brain training.
