Summary

This study tests whether adding a stress-reduction program to standard cognitive stimulation therapy can improve thinking and memory in Pakistani adults with mild cognitive impairment. About 12 people aged 45 and older with mild memory decline and moderate-to-high stress will take part. The main goal is to see if their cognitive test scores improve after 7 weeks of combined therapy.
