Summary
This study looks at whether giving Coenzyme Q10, a natural substance found in the body, along with standard antibiotics and care, can help hospitalized children aged 2 months to 18 years recover from community-acquired pneumonia. The goal is to see if it speeds up recovery of breathing, fever, oxygen levels, and feeding. About 120 children will take part.
