Summary
This study is testing whether injections of a substance called Coenzyme I can improve the health of stiff, aging blood vessels. It will involve 60 adults aged 40-70 who already have stiff arteries. Researchers will measure changes in how well blood vessels expand and other markers of vascular health over 28 days to see if the treatment helps.
