Summary
This study is testing whether an injection called Coenzyme I can improve the health of stiff, aging blood vessels in adults aged 40-70. Researchers will give 60 participants either the injection or a placebo and measure changes in blood vessel function over 28 days. The goal is to see if this treatment can help control or reverse the effects of vascular aging.
