Summary
This study tests a new drug called CNSI-Fe(II), which is injected directly into tumors. It uses iron to trigger a type of cell death called ferroptosis, aiming to shrink or control advanced solid tumors like lung, pancreas, and colorectal cancer. About 54 adults whose cancers have not responded to standard treatments will participate. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose.
