Summary
This study looks at whether monitoring the immune response to cytomegalovirus (CMV) can help prevent CMV disease in people who receive a lung transplant. About 100 adult lung transplant patients who have had CMV in the past will be followed. The goal is to use immune system testing to guide treatment and reduce the risk of CMV-related complications.
