Summary
This study looks at whether monitoring the immune response to the cytomegalovirus (CMV) can help prevent CMV disease in people who receive a lung transplant. About 100 adult patients who are CMV-positive and waiting for a lung transplant will take part. Researchers will track their CMV immunity and check for rejection and survival outcomes.
