New nerve block combo may offer safer pain relief for broken collarbone surgery

Summary
This study tests two ways to numb the area for collarbone fracture surgery. One method (SCB-ISB) is standard but can sometimes cause breathing problems. The other (SCB-CPB) aims to provide the same pain relief with fewer breathing risks. 34 adults having collarbone surgery will be randomly assigned to one of the two methods, and researchers will measure how long the pain relief lasts and how safe each technique is.
