Summary
This study tests whether giving siltuximab (a drug that lowers inflammation) can prevent severe immune-related side effects when restarting immunotherapy in 40 adults with advanced cancer. Participants previously had serious side effects from immunotherapy and are now at high risk of them recurring. The goal is to safely continue cancer treatment without dangerous reactions.
