Summary
This study tests whether giving siltuximab alongside restarting immunotherapy can prevent severe immune-related side effects in 40 adults with advanced cancer who previously had such reactions. Participants will receive siltuximab infusions to calm the immune system while resuming cancer-fighting immunotherapy. The goal is to safely continue life-extending treatment without dangerous inflammation.
