Can a simple infusion stop Immunotherapy's worst side effects?

Summary

This study tests whether giving siltuximab alongside restarting immunotherapy can prevent severe immune-related side effects in people with advanced cancer. About 40 adults who previously had serious side effects from immunotherapy will receive siltuximab to calm the immune system. The goal is to safely continue cancer treatment without dangerous reactions.
