Summary
This study aims to find out why some people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) develop long-term belly pain, even when their disease is quiet. Researchers will follow thousands of patients over time, collecting questionnaires, blood and stool samples, and heart rate data. The goal is to identify risk factors and build computer models that can predict who will develop chronic pain.
