New Pain-Zapping device tested for chronic sufferers

Summary

This study is testing a special type of spinal cord stimulator that uses changing electrical pulse patterns to see if it can better manage chronic pain in the back and legs. It will involve about 70 adults who have had persistent pain for at least six months. The main goal is to see how many people get at least a 50% reduction in their targeted pain after three months of using the device.
