Summary

This study compares three different programs to help pregnant women maintain a healthy weight. About 795 women at risk for obesity or diabetes will receive nutrition and exercise counseling, plus help overcoming barriers like food access. The goal is to see which approach works best for reducing weight gain during pregnancy and preventing weight retention after childbirth.
