Can chemotherapy make patients stronger for surgery?

Summary
This study aims to understand if giving chemotherapy before surgery changes how fit or frail older adults with advanced ovarian or endometrial cancer feel. Researchers will measure frailty and thinking skills in about 35 participants before and after 3-4 rounds of pre-surgery chemotherapy. The goal is to gather knowledge about how treatment affects patients' overall condition, not to test a new cure or treatment.
