Summary

This study looked at how often older adults with diabetes in long-term care facilities experience low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Researchers used a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) worn for 10 days to track blood sugar levels in 86 participants. The goal was to better understand the problem and identify which residents are most at risk.
