Summary
This study explores whether wearing a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) can motivate people with prediabetes to become more physically active, potentially preventing type 2 diabetes. About 50 adults with prediabetes will wear a CGM for 20 days and receive education on their blood sugar levels. Researchers will track step counts and blood sugar stability to see if real-time feedback encourages more movement.
