First seen Mar 06, 2026 · Last updated May 15, 2026 · Updated 12 times

Summary

This study looks at whether wearing a continuous glucose monitor (CGM) can help people with prediabetes become more physically active and prevent type 2 diabetes. About 50 adults with prediabetes will wear a CGM for 20 days and receive education on their blood sugar levels. The goal is to see if seeing real-time glucose data encourages them to walk more and helps stabilize blood sugar.
