Can listening to your own brainwaves ease nurse burnout?
NCT ID NCT06378554
Summary
This study is testing whether a non-invasive audio intervention called Cereset Research can help reduce stress, anxiety, and sleep problems in hospital nursing staff, and whether this might improve their work performance. Up to 40 staff members from one orthopedic trauma unit will try four sessions where they listen to tones that echo their own brainwave activity. Researchers will measure changes in staff well-being and unit performance before and after the intervention period.
