First seen Jan 09, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether a drug made from Ginkgo Biloba extract (Egb761) can lower a key Alzheimer's-related protein in the blood of people with mild cognitive impairment. About 50 participants will take the drug twice daily for 6 months and have regular checkups. The goal is to see if the treatment can reduce signs of brain disease and improve thinking and daily function.
