Summary

This study tests whether a daily pill made from Ginkgo Biloba extract (Egb761) can lower blood markers of Alzheimer's disease in people with mild memory problems. Fifty participants will take the drug twice a day for six months and have regular checkups. The goal is to see if the treatment reduces brain-disease activity and improves thinking and daily function.
