Summary
This study looked at how two antibiotics, ceftibuten and ledaborbactam, travel through the body and into the lungs. Thirty-four healthy adults took the drugs and had one bronchoscopy to collect lung fluid samples. The goal was to measure drug levels, not to treat any disease.
