Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment for children and young adults with aggressive brain tumors called high-grade glioma and DIPG. The therapy uses the patient's own immune cells, modified to better find and attack the tumor. The main goals are to see if the treatment is safe and possible to make for each patient.
