Summary

This study tested whether a 12-week group therapy program based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is practical and well-liked by older adults (50+) living with HIV. The program teaches skills to manage stress related to aging and HIV, and encourages healthy habits like physical activity. Fifty participants joined to see if the approach could improve their mental and physical health.
