First seen Jan 05, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study looked at whether three types of cognitive behavioral therapy (relaxation, activity planning, and changing thoughts) delivered by video call could help with fatigue in people with multiple sclerosis. 21 adults with MS and chronic fatigue took part. The main goal was to see if the therapy was acceptable and practical, not to prove it works.
