Summary

This study looked at whether cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for insomnia can reduce pain and improve sleep in women with fibromyalgia. 131 women with both conditions took part. The goal was to see if treating sleep problems could also help with pain and brain changes linked to fibromyalgia.
