Summary

This study tested whether cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for insomnia could reduce pain and improve sleep in women with fibromyalgia. 131 women participated, comparing two sleep-focused treatments. The goal was to see if fixing sleep problems can also help with chronic pain and brain changes linked to pain sensitivity.
