First seen May 01, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 3 times
Summary
This study looks at whether taking 200 mg of CBD daily for 12 weeks can reduce inflammation, ease pain, improve sleep, and boost quality of life in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu athletes. About 100 athletes aged 18-40 who train at least 3 times a week will participate. Half will get CBD and half a placebo, and neither they nor the researchers will know who gets what.
