First seen Nov 10, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study tests whether giving monthly cash payments to pregnant women with HIV in Botswana helps them focus better, take their HIV medication regularly, and stay in care after giving birth. About 100 economically vulnerable women will receive the cash or usual care. The goal is to see if reducing financial stress improves health outcomes for both mother and baby.
