Summary
This study compares three types of injections—glucocorticoid, ozone, and 5% dextrose—for relieving pain in people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. Researchers will measure nerve function and pain levels in 105 adults aged 18 to 65 who have not responded to other treatments. The goal is to find which injection works best for easing symptoms.
