Summary
This study compares three types of injections (steroid, ozone, and sugar water) to see which provides the best pain relief for people with mild to moderate carpal tunnel syndrome. About 105 adults aged 18-65 who have not responded to other treatments will take part. The goal is to find a simple, effective option for easing hand and wrist pain.
